Access your documents from the palm of your hand and capture work as it
happens. Sounds promising! With the proliferation and firm-wide acceptance of
BlackBerries for wireless email, why not also access, open and view documents
from the same devices. BlackBerry and NetDocuments users can now view, search,
email and access all their documents. An attorney, for example, can open
documents linked in an email as a notification is sent from the client who has
reviewed documents shared in a secured Extranet, or a secretary or a legal team
member has edits to be reviewed.
NetDocuments users can truly enjoy anytime, anywhere and anyway access to the
NetDocuments service to securely browse or search an entire document management
repository, cabinets and folders, view documents and associated profile
metadata, and email or notify others. This significant enhancement allows
attorneys, real estate professionals and other mobile business professionals to
stay connected with immediate access to company and client shared information
while on the go.
With the increasing reliance on wireless devices in the workplace, such as
BlackBerry handheld, the ND2 interface allows wireless access to NetDocuments
by using the BlackBerry browser and simply saving a bookmark to the standard
NetDocuments login page. No server installation is required and any issue of
synchronization or data conflicts is eliminated. NetDocuments provides support
for all BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds that support the BlackBerry browser and
operating system 3.6 or above, including the latest BlackBerry 7700™
Series. The functionality, however, was designed so that any interface or
device that supports Internet access can be utilized by NetDocuments users,
including a Treo™ IPAQ® and other popular devices.

"The ability for our attorneys to view their documents from a BlackBerry, and forward them to
others, is a significant advancement in the overall value of document management. It will have a
tremendous impact on their productivity as they stay connected while traveling and responding to
