Continue working in Microsoft Outlook and simply drag and drop your emails to your standard Outlook or PST folders. These emails are immediately captured and archived to NetDocuments which now makes them viewable and accessible within Salesforce.com and grouped by Account or Contact using an S-Control.

Emails are stored in the native Outlook MSG file format maintaining the email message, attachments and the ability to forward, reply, etc.

Policies can be established for "stubbing" emails (replacing attachments with a hyperlink to the entire email stored in NetDocuments), and for deletion. Single Instance Storage to prevent duplication of the same emails when multiple users capture the same email is also supported.
