We know the Service Performance we provide our customers is mission critical to you and we make that our highest priority. We have experienced a 99.95% or better uptime since we commenced operations. If you cannot access the NetDocuments Service or if it seems to be having problems, please refer to this page to view the current status.

The posted status is as timely as possible based on our monitored datacenter information and customer reports. When a problem exists, we include an estimated resolution time.
